What's in it for the Games master?

Being the Games master is the most difficult thing to do in the Game, but it's also the most rewarding. The best reward you can get, is to see those exhausted happy faces around the gaming table, after the Game is done. (Wiping the blood from their swords, and dressing their wounds as a matter of speaking). When the players tell you it was a great story, and they have enjoyed playing it you know you did a good job. The Games masters Tasks

What you have to do when you are the Games master, is to keep track of the development of the game. It is very important to be fair because you are the referee and you are in control. The players have to follow the story, fight monsters, solve riddles and stay 'alive' at the same time. As a Games master, you already know the story and what is going to happen next. You know there's a big monster standing behind that door they are going to bash open. You know which treasure is hidden in that chest from which the thief is going to pick the lock, and so on.

You also play the None Playing Characters (NPC) and monsters. You tell the story and give a description of the atmosphere in the corridor the players are walking through. This all seems like a lot of work, and it is. But it's the best part in the Game called Infinite Quest (or any other Role-playing game for that matter)..

Before you can play the game, you have to prepare several things. In our download section you can find our basic Game with everything you need. Including Gaming boards, Equipment Cards, Stickers to make Battle dice, and so on. The only thing you need to buy, are figurines to represent the players and the monsters (available at fantasy shops), a 10 sided die (D10) and some normal 6-sided dice (D6). You can download everything separately or the complete package (if you have a fast connection), and you're set to go. There are also expansion packs and more adventures to be found in our member section.
